About the Role

Simon Acres Group are recruiting an experienced Bathroom Sales Designer for an exciting opportunity in Northamptonshire.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for interiors, excellent customer engagement skills and the ability to turn design ideas into successful sales.

The position combines creative bathroom planning, product selection, customer consultations and commercial sales, offering the opportunity to take ownership of projects from initial discussions through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to establish their design aspirations, practical requirements and budgets.

• Produce attractive, well-considered bathroom layouts and product proposals.

• Recommend suitable products, finishes and accessories to create complete bathroom solutions.

• Prepare quotations and confidently present design concepts to secure sales.

• Develop customer relationships and maintain regular communication throughout the purchasing process.

• Coordinate orders and communicate with relevant parties to ensure projects progress efficiently.

• Attend customer properties when necessary to assess spaces and confirm requirements.

• Identify additional sales opportunities and contribute towards individual and team targets.

• Maintain accurate customer information and project documentation.

Requirements / Skills

• At least two years' experience in a customer-facing sales or design position.

• Previous bathroom or KBB industry experience would be beneficial.

• A creative approach with a good understanding of space planning and interior styling.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to guide customers through purchasing decisions.

• A commercially focused attitude with the ability to convert enquiries into orders.

• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and numerical skills.

• A positive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
