Jonathan Janes joins Oval Deene Recruitment as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, bringing over 15 years of specialist recruitment experience across the Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Design & Build and Fit-Out sectors.

Throughout his career, Jonathan has built an extensive network across London and the UK, working with leading architectural and interior design studios, property developers, house builders and commercial fit-out specialists. His expertise spans the recruitment of skilled design, technical, architectural, construction and project professionals, giving him an exceptional understanding of the specialist markets he operates within.

Jonathan is passionate about building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. He takes a consultative approach to recruitment, believing that the role of a recruiter goes far beyond simply filling vacancies. By understanding a client's business, culture and ambitions, alongside a candidate's career goals, Jonathan focuses on making the right connections that deliver long-term success.
