This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering installation projects across London, working closely with contractors, developers and site teams.

About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to oversee and manage contract kitchen installations across multiple sites in London, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will coordinate installation teams, liaise with key stakeholders and ensure projects run smoothly from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate contract kitchen installation projects across multiple sites.

• Oversee installation teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed to schedule.

• Liaise with site managers, contractors, developers and clients.

• Monitor installation quality and ensure all work meets the required standards.

• Manage project progress, resolve installation issues and minimise delays.

• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed across all sites.

• Conduct site visits and provide regular progress updates.

• Manage snagging, remedial works and the successful handover of projects.

Requirements / Skills

• Previous experience in an Installation Manager role within the kitchen, bathroom or wider interiors industry.

• Experience managing contract installations, ideally within new-build residential developments.

• Strong organisational and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and installation teams simultaneously.

• A good understanding of site procedures, health and safety and installation quality standards.

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and surrounding areas.
