Job Title: Kitchen Sales Designer

Location: Gloucestershire

Salary: £27,000– £32,000 (doe) + Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual to join our team in Gloucestershire. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for sales and people and wants to build a career in kitchen design. You do not need previous kitchen design experience—we are looking for transferable skills, drive, and the right personality. We will provide full, market-leading training on CAD software, products, and sales techniques.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, your success will be driven by your ability to understand customer needs and convert that into successful sales. You will:

Build trust with trade customers and homeowners, offering expertise and care from the first meeting to project completion.
Create bespoke, inspirational kitchen designs using CAD software.
Conduct site visits to homes or building sites to measure up and present designs.
Collaborate with colleagues and Field Sales teams to win business.
Ensure a safe environment for all customers and colleagues by following all safety policies.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A full, valid UK driving license.
Proven ability to achieve and outperform sales and profit targets.
Customer-facing confidence—you are comfortable holding financial conversations and "asking for the sale."
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of people, from tradespeople to homeowners.
A detail-oriented and organized approach, with a positive, approachable personality.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday, plus every other Saturday morning.
No late evenings or Sunday working.
We are happy to discuss flexible working options during the interview process.

Competitive starting salary (£27,000–£32,000 depending on experience).
