Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Designer

Location: Northampton

Salary: £35k+ Basic + Uncapped Commission OTE £60k

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Designer to join a well-established and growing business within the KBB and builders' merchant sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven designer who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating inspirational kitchen and bathroom designs. Working within a busy showroom environment, you will guide customers through the complete design and sales journey, from initial consultation through to final sale.

The Role

As a Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Designer, you will be responsible for:

• Guiding customers through the full kitchen and bathroom design and sales process.
• Understanding customer requirements and creating tailored design solutions.
• Recommending products and layouts that best suit customer needs and budgets.
• Producing high-quality designs using ArtiCAD or similar CAD software.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
• Proactively generating new business opportunities and developing customer relationships.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

This role includes working alternate Saturday mornings 8-12pm.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience within a kitchen and bathroom design and sales role.
• Strong product knowledge across kitchens and bathrooms.
• Experience using ArtiCAD or similar kitchen design software.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to convert enquiries into sales.
• A full UK driving licence.
