Our client is an established and respected residential contractor delivering high-end improvement and transformation projects across Aberdeenshire, Moray and Angus.

With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation built on craftsmanship, reliability and service, they continue to invest in skilled tradespeople who care about producing work to an exceptional standard.

They are currently expanding their team and are looking to appoint experienced Joiners to support a variety of residential construction and improvement projects.

About the Position

This is a permanent PAYE opportunity offering consistent local work and the chance to become part of a growing business with a long-term outlook.

Successful candidates will work across domestic properties delivering quality joinery solutions within refurbishment, extensions and upgrade projects, contributing to projects from early stages through to completion.

Typical Duties Include

·         Carrying out joinery works within residential new build and refurbishment projects

·         Completing structural and finishing works for home extensions

·         Installing kitchens and other room fitted interior features

·         Producing high-quality finishing details throughout properties

·         Fitting flooring, internal doors, stair components and timber features

·         Working within occupied homes while maintaining professional standards

About You

We’re interested in speaking with individuals who offer:

·         A recognised Joinery background with hands-on residential experience

·         A consistent record of delivering quality workmanship

·         Strong practical skills and a keen eye for finish and presentation

·         Confidence working independently and alongside wider project teams

·         A professional approach when working directly within customers’ homes

·         Pride in maintaining tidy, efficient and well-organised sites
