Preparing and managing effective meetings with customers in the showroom, or on site
Executing and coordinating the sale of the bathroom.
To ensure all customers are politely and efficiently served to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Provide customers with advice and guidance on the selection and use of products.
Give a flexible service to customers whether on site or in the customers’ homes.
Drive sales forward using appropriate selling techniques
Maximise sales using linked selling and other appropriate skills.
All enquiries and quotations must be priced quickly and efficiently using market and system information
Experience within bathroom sector
IT skills essential
Have good verbal communication skills with customers and other colleagues
Ability to take and give instructions
Be organized in prioritizing workload effectively
Ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team
Maintain good knowledge of health and safety policy and procedures at all times
