The Role

As a Kitchen & Bathroom Designer, you’ll take clients on a journey from concept to completion, creating inspiring yet practical designs that reflect each client’s lifestyle and vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients into the showroom and translate their aspirations into innovative, functional designs.

• Design and specify bespoke kitchen and bathroom solutions using high-quality brands and materials.

• Create detailed presentations, drawings, and 3D visuals to communicate your ideas clearly and effectively.

• Manage each project from initial consultation through to confirmed order, ensuring accuracy and profitability.

• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and installers to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Keep up to date with design trends, materials, and new products within the interior design industry.

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through excellent service and follow-up.

About You

• Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in kitchen, bathroom, or interior design within a studio or retail environment.

• Skills: Competent in CAD or design software (e.g. AutoCAD, 2020 Fusion, Winner, SketchUp, or similar).

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of premium products, finishes, and spatial design principles.

• Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, personable, and commercially driven.

• Approach: A confident communicator who thrives on building rapport and delivering outstanding results.
