Design Coordinator 
South West London
Full Time | Permanent | Mon–Fri 9am–6pm | Alternate Saturdays 10am–4pm
Up to £35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE up to £90,000)

Oval Deene Recruitment are delighted to be working with a luxury kitchen showroom in South West London, who are looking for a Design Coordinator to join their talented and passionate team.

This is a standout opportunity for a confident and driven designer who thrives on bringing luxury interiors to life and is motivated by achieving high-value sales within a supportive and design-led environment.

As a Design Coordinator, you'll be:

• Meeting clients in a beautifully presented showroom, guiding them through their dream kitchen journey
• Designing high-end kitchen concepts tailored to individual lifestyles and tastes
• Managing projects from concept through to completion, including site prep and client liaison
• Working closely with the wider team to deliver a seamless client experience
• Generating new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing client relationships

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum 2–3 years' experience in kitchen design and sales
• A proven sales track record in a target-driven environment
• Strong creative and technical design skills, with accurate quoting
• A consultative approach to client service and strong negotiation skills
• Confident handling of project challenges or on-site issues
• Ambition to grow within a luxury, high-performance environment

Desirable Technical Knowledge

• CAD software (ArtiCAD experience highly beneficial)
• Photoshop
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and internal systems
