Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 basic, £65,000 OTE

About the Client
KBB Recruitment are representing an established, employee-owned business specialising in bespoke kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. With its own manufacturing facilities, the business combines design, manufacturing and customer service to deliver high-quality projects for customers across the UK.

This is a commercially focused role where you'll combine your kitchen design expertise with strong sales and customer relationship skills. You'll work with customers from initial enquiry through to order, creating bespoke kitchen designs, preparing quotations and ensuring every opportunity is maximised.

You'll engage with customers across a variety of channels, including face-to-face, email and telephone, building strong relationships and confidently progressing sales opportunities through to completion. 

 

About the Role

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to understand their requirements, lifestyle, budget and timescales.
• Create bespoke kitchen designs using AutoCAD and Fusion.
• Produce accurate designs, quotations and presentations.
• Manage customer enquiries and develop opportunities from initial contact through to order.
• Proactively follow up quotations, leads and existing enquiries.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide a high level of service throughout the sales journey.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and increase order values.
• Confidently handle customer queries and objections.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and ensure opportunities are followed up effectively.
• Work towards and achieve individual sales targets.
• Liaise with internal design, manufacturing and operational teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

 

 

Requirements / Skills:

• Previous experience in kitchen sales, kitchen design or a similar KBB environment.
• A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to sales and customer follow-up.
• Confidence discussing products, designs, pricing and quotations with customers.
• The ability to identify customer needs and translate them into compelling kitchen designs.
• Experience handling objections and progressing customers towards a decision.
• Strong kitchen product and design knowledge.
• Experience using AutoCAD and Fusion or similar CAD software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A genuine desire to succeed and maximise your earning potential.
