What You'll Be Doing

• Driving sales performance by achieving individual and branch targets.
• Building strong relationships with trade customers and their clients.
• Designing practical, inspiring kitchen solutions tailored to customers' needs.
• Conducting home visits to measure spaces and understand customer requirements.
• Negotiating prices while maintaining profitability.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey.
• Using product knowledge to advise customers and resolve queries.
• Creating accurate kitchen designs using CAD software (full training provided if required).

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in sales with experience achieving targets and KPIs.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for customer visits.
• Previous CAD experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
