Oval Deene Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected interiors company in West London, seeking an experienced and ambitious KBB Sales Designer to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented design professional with experience in kitchens, bathrooms, and interior spaces, who enjoys managing projects from initial client consultation through to final installation.

The Role

You will be responsible for the selling, designing, and project managing a range of high-quality residential interior projects, creating exceptional spaces tailored to each client’s needs.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Designing bespoke kitchen, bathroom, and interior space solutions

• Managing the full client journey from enquiry through to project completion

• Conducting client consultations and presenting creative design concepts

• Producing detailed designs and technical drawings

• Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and installers

• Managing project timelines, budgets, and client expectations

• Driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Proven experience in a KBB Sales Designer role

• Strong kitchen design experience using Winner and EQ

• Bathroom design experience using Virtual Worlds

• Excellent project management and organisational skills

• A strong eye for design and attention to detail

• Commercial awareness with a proven sales track record

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
