As a Project Coordinator and Showroom Host, you are the bridge between a client’s dream design and physical reality. You will be responsible for the seamless execution of high-end residential projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to an impeccable standard of quality. This is a multi-faceted role that requires a unique blend of logistical precision, technical understanding, and exceptional client management. You will act as the "face of the brand" for new visitors while ensuring the "gears of the business" turn smoothly behind the scenes. Showroom Hosting: Welcome guests and provide an engaging tour of the displays. Qualify leads, capture client details, and book appointments for the Design team. Manage brochures, follow up on initial inquiries, and maintain a spotless showroom environment. Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from the point of sale through to final installation and aftercare. Technical Verification: Review designer plans and CAD drawings to ensure all measurements, service points, and technical specifications are accurate before ordering. Procurement & Logistics: Coordinate with various suppliers to order cabinetry, appliances, and stone, ensuring lead times align perfectly with installation schedules. Contractor Coordination: Schedule and manage sub-contractors, acting as their primary point of contact to ensure site readiness. Client Liaison: Provide regular updates to clients, managing expectations and resolving any snags or concerns with empathy and professionalism. Essential Experience: KBB Industry: Minimum 1+ years of experience working within a Kitchen, Bedroom, or Bathroom showroom environment. Technical Literacy: The ability to read and interpret floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings. System Proficiency: Experience with industry software (e.g., Winner, an Anthill CRM) Key Skills: Highly Organized: You thrive on checklists, spreadsheets, and meeting strict deadlines. Proactive Problem Solver: You remain calm under pressure and find practical solutions to logistical challenges quickly. Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for both client-facing hosting and technical contractor management. Attention to Detail: You notice the "small things" that others miss, ensuring an error-free ordering process. Competitive Salary: Base up to £27,000 with a realistic OTE of £35,000.
