About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to manage and deliver bespoke kitchen projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients to create beautiful, functional spaces tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultations to understand design requirements, lifestyle needs, and project scope
• Design bespoke kitchens using CAD software, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic excellence
• Manage the full sales process from initial concept through to order confirmation
• Oversee projects through to installation and completion, liaising with installers and suppliers
• Maintain strong client relationships, delivering a high level of customer service throughout
• Ensure all work meets the company’s premium standards and attention to detail

Requirements / Skills:

• Proven experience in kitchen design and sales, ideally within the high-end or luxury market
• Strong design ability with an excellent eye for detail
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Self-motivated, positive, and professional approach
• Experience using CAD design software is highly desirable
