Oval Deene are pleasued to be supporting a UK-based wine storage specialist headquartered in Chester. The company supplies premium wine coolers, wine cabinets and bespoke wine walls to domestic and commercial customers across the UK. Founded in 2016, the business has built a strong reputation for expert knowledge and high-quality customer service, working with leading European brands. The company operates a large warehouse facility and showroom in Chester and holds significant stock to support fast delivery and customer service across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a proactive Aftersales & Warehouse Support Operative to join our team. This role is a dual office and warehouse position, supporting both our aftersales customer service operations and warehouse logistics. The successful candidate will split their time between assisting customers with aftersales queries and supporting warehouse operations to ensure orders, deliveries and stock are managed efficiently. The position is based at our Chester headquarters and requires someone who is organised, practical and comfortable working across both administrative and physical tasks. Respond to customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, warranties and product support Manage aftersales queries via phone, email and online channels Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers regarding product issues or replacement parts Coordinate service requests, repairs or returns where required Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support cases Ensure customers receive a professional and efficient service experience Assist with goods-in and goods-out processes Support order picking, packing and preparation for dispatch Help maintain stock organisation and inventory accuracy Assist with deliveries, returns and damaged goods processing Ensure warehouse areas remain safe, clean and organised Work closely with the logistics team to ensure efficient order fulfilment Previous experience in customer service, aftersales or logistics preferred Experience working in a warehouse or operations environment is beneficial Strong communication and problem-solving skills Good organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working both in an office and warehouse environment Proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach Hands-on and adaptable Customer-focused with a professional manner Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Positive attitude and willingness to support different areas of the business Competitive starting salary of £28,000 – £30,000 Opportunity to work within a growing specialist company Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to both operational and customer service functionsAftersales & Warehouse Support Operative
