This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to take ownership of the full sales cycle — from initial enquiry through to design presentation and closing the deal. Visiting homes to survey and Design and if possible take deposit room designed to their satisfaction and then or arranging for them to come into one of the showrooms to do so You will focus on converting high-quality leads into sales, delivering inspiring kitchen designs while confidently guiding customers to invest in their dream kitchen. This is a performance-driven role suited to someone motivated by commission and results. Conduct client consultations (in-home and/or showroom-based) Create inspiring British kitchen designs using CAD software Confidently present and sell designs, handling objections professionally Close sales and secure deposits Upsell appliances, worktops and additional features to maximise order value Maintain accurate pipeline management Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer within the UK market Strong closing ability with a demonstrable sales track record Experience using CAD software (Winner, ArtiCAD, 2020, Fusion or similar) Commercially driven with a target-focused mindset Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills Well-presented, professional and customer-focused Full UK driving licence and own car Uncapped earning potential (OTE £40,000–£75,000+) High-quality, pre-qualified leads Strong commission structure Flexible, self-employed working model Access to premium British kitchen ranges Ongoing lead generation and marketing support Opportunity to significantly increase earnings based on performanceSelf-Employed Kitchen Sales Designer
