Internal Business Development Executive We are a dynamic and growing B2B company seeking a motivated Internal Business Development Executive to join our central office team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and contributing to business growth. Role Overview Based in our office, you will focus on developing business opportunities with both existing and potential clients. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to support overall business objectives and drive revenue growth. You will be instrumental in maintaining strong client connections, reviving inactive accounts, and ensuring our products and services remain top-of-mind for our customer base. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients via phone and email to build and nurture relationships Identify opportunities to increase sales across existing products and services Re-engage inactive or low-activity accounts Research and qualify new leads generated through campaigns and inquiries Collaborate with field sales teams to enhance their outreach efforts Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, tracking all sales activity Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives Prepare quotations and provide clients with product information as needed Perform any additional tasks that support business objectives What We’re Looking For Experience in sales, account management, or business development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident over the phone and able to build relationships quickly Highly organised, proactive, and goal-oriented Commercially aware with problem-solving capabilities Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools Experience in a B2B trade, manufacturing, or related KBB sector is advantageous What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Office-based, Monday to Friday working schedule Pension scheme On-site parking available Supportive and collaborative team environmentInternal Business Development Executive
