About the Role
This is a showroom-based design and sales role, Monday to Friday (9am–5pm), with the opportunity to visit clients’ homes to survey and design bespoke kitchens and bedrooms. You will work one Saturday per month, with a weekday off in lieu.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and advise clients on their kitchen and bedroom design requirements.

  • Produce detailed, accurate designs using design software (ArtiCAD preferred but not essential).

  • Provide excellent customer service and turn client ideas into beautiful, functional spaces.

  • Work closely with a small, motivated team where dedication and results are rewarded.

  • Benefit from 1-2-1 training and ongoing development to grow your career.

Requirements / Skills:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in kitchen design and sales is ideal.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for design.

  • Confident using design software; experience with ArtiCAD is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own client appointments.
