You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and specification through tender, order, and completion, while developing long-term relationships across the construction supply chain. Develop and manage a strong regional project pipeline Secure specification sales with housebuilders, developers, contractors, and M&E consultants Identify and pursue new project opportunities using industry intelligence and networks Manage tenders, pricing support, and project handovers Maintain accurate CRM data and collaborate closely with internal project teams Work with supply chain partners to ensure smooth delivery from specification to site Use showroom events and training opportunities to support relationship building Proven experience in specification-led sales within commercial construction or interiors Strong knowledge of the construction process and supply chain Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Commercially driven, self-motivated, and confident presenting to stakeholders Technical understanding of building regulations (bathroom or washroom experience desirable)Contract Sales Manager
