Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE) You will be responsible for ensuring consistent, premium-quality finishes while maintaining efficiency, safety, and equipment performance. Operate and oversee an automated spray paint line within a bespoke joinery environment Prepare, spray, and finish high-end joinery components to exacting standards Set up, adjust, and programme spray equipment to suit different products, materials, and finishes Monitor paint quality, coverage, colour consistency, and curing processes Carry out routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of spray line equipment Work with a range of finishes including lacquers, paints, primers, and specialist coatings Ensure all work meets quality control standards and project specifications Maintain a clean, safe, and organised spray booth and production area Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations Collaborate with production, quality, and finishing teams to meet delivery schedules Proven experience operating automated spray paint lines Strong background in bespoke joinery, cabinetry, or high-end wood manufacturing In-depth knowledge of spray finishing techniques and materials Ability to adjust and optimise spray processes for different components High attention to detail and commitment to producing premium-quality finishes Experience with fault-finding and basic mechanical or process troubleshooting Understanding of health and safety requirements in a spray environment Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Experience working with high-end or luxury joinery products Knowledge of paint systems and automated finishing technology Leadership or mentoring experience within a finishing department Salary up to £55,000, depending on experience Stable Monday to Friday working pattern Opportunity to work on high-quality, bespoke joinery projects Long-term role within a professional and well-equipped manufacturing environmentAutomated Spray Paint Line Operator
