As Senior Project Manager , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, managing installations, and ensuring seamless delivery of multiple simultaneous projects across London. This is a senior, hands-on position where you will be trusted with significant responsibility and autonomy. You will manage and coordinate subcontracted installation teams, initially working with a core group of trusted partners with the goal of expanding the team as the business scales. Manage 3–4 live installation projects simultaneously across London. Oversee sub-contracted installation teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Conduct on-site surveys, prepare quotes, and ensure accurate documentation. Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, from initial planning to final sign-off. Act as the face of the business — building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Work closely with the leadership team to support operational planning and continuous improvement. Contribute to business growth initiatives; the company will handle the marketing. Help build and expand the installation team as the business scales. Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets and quality standards. This role is best suited to a confident, proactive and commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience as a Project Manager, Installation Manager or Sales Director within the KBB industry. Strong understanding of installation processes, project workflows and client management. Exceptional communication skills with a polished, professional approach. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Flexible, hands-on and highly motivated with a “start-up” mindset. Strong leadership qualities with the ambition to progress into Directorship. Able and willing to travel frequently across London. Smart, savvy and articulate. Gravitas to liaise with clients from all walks of life. Strong work ethic and a passion for growing a business.
