Warehouse Supervisor 
Location: North Wales | Salary: £26,000–£28,500 | Full-time, Permanent

Role:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Support the Logistics Manager in developing and leading the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse activities and team performance.

• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely.

• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams.

• Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

• Warehouse/logistics supervisory experience.

• Knowledge of WMS and inventory control.

• Forklift licence preferred.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
