Salary: £30,000–£33,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Monday-Friday (9.30am-5.30pm) + Alternating Saturdays (with a day off in lieu)

With a strong UK presence and an expanding retail network, they are now seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer to join one of their London showrooms.

This position is ideal for a creative, customer-focused designer with a proven background in kitchen or home design retail. You’ll be responsible for creating bespoke kitchen designs, managing client projects, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from concept to completion.

• Design and present kitchens using CAD/Winner software (training provided).

• Conduct site surveys and liaise with international production teams.

• Manage customer enquiries, appointments, and showroom administration.

• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

• Ensure the showroom remains visually appealing and well-maintained.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in kitchen or home design retail.

• Proven sales success and customer service skills.

• Confident using design software (Winner/CAD).

• Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.

• Friendly, proactive, and professional approach.

• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
