Job Title: Junior / Trainee Kitchen Designer
Location: South Yorkshire
Salary: £25,000 + Commission
Hours: Mon–Fri + 3 Saturdays out of 4 (with a day off in lieu) no evenings
Type: Full-time, Permanent

 

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client – a luxury kitchen design company – for a Junior or Trainee Designer. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with some CAD experience, a driving licence + vehicle, and a real desire to become a professional designer.

You’ll receive full training in design, sales, and the project skills behind technical/building process involved in high-end kitchens. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn in a supportive, non-pressured environment – no sales targets, just quality design and customer care.

 

 

Requirements / Skills:

  • Some experience with CAD (e.g. AutoCAD, Winner, or similar)

  • Ambition to grow into a professional designer

  • Full UK driving licence + own vehicle

  • Willingness to learn and take on full training

  • Good people skills and attention to detail
