About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with experience in the heating and plumbing sector to drive growth and make a real impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, strengthening existing relationships, and contributing to the continued expansion of a national organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic area sales plan to meet and exceed targets
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across East Sussex and surrounding areas
• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Manage and grow existing accounts to maximise long-term value
• Work closely with internal branch teams to ensure excellent service delivery
• Drive both trade and contractor sales opportunities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business growth
• Represent the company professionally at all times within the industry

Requirements / Skills:

• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Strong ability to win new business and grow existing accounts
• Excellent relationship-building and account management skills
• Experience within the plumbing and heating sector is essential
• Strong commercial awareness and target-driven mindset
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
